The purpose of this form is to find out the version of the member in the processes related to Question, Suggestion, Comment, Compliment or Complaint.; In this way it will be possible to have complete information for the response process and additionally be able to establish improvement actions that may be necessary depending on the case. We ask the member of Fundación Parque Jaime Duque or Inversiones Duque Torres to please mention what happened and if he/she considers it, suggest any action that from his/her role will allow to implement actions or tools to improve the operation or service.
