Conditions and restrictions
TYPES OF
EXPERIENCESLegacy: general admission.
Children's Legacy: children from 86 cm to 120 cm tall.
Golden Legacy: adults 70 years of age and older.
✅ All allow access to the Park's areas and attractions, except for the Andes Train and the Ecobicycles of the Sabana Ecoparque Nature Reserve.
REGISTRATION AND
VALIDATIONTo complete your purchase, you must:
- Create a user with name and ID.
- Present on the day of the visit your ID card and proof of payment to redeem your income (bracelets).
PROCESSING TIMES FOR
PAYMENTMake your payment minimum 12 hours before the visit, as this is the time it takes to process the banking process with PayU.
VERIFICATION
EXPERIENCESAt the box office it will be verified:
Height for Legado Infantil.
Age (with document) for Legado Dorado.
If it does not match, you will have to pay the excess corresponding to general legacy experience.
BONUS
GIFTIf you wish to give a gift of admission to the Park:
1. The person redeeming the income must submit a. printed letter with:
- Names, surnames and document number of the person who made the purchase and of the person who redeems.
- Number of authorized revenues.
2. If you are a company, you must also deliver printed the company's RUT (Tax ID/Tax Registration Certificate).
ATTRACTIONS
SPECIALSNone of the experiences we offer include the Tren de los Andes and the Ecobicicletas de la Reserva Natural Ecoparque Sabana attractions. These have an extra cost of $ 14.000 in cash, which has the purpose of supporting the conservation programs of the Foundation.
