Capacity
We manage a capacity according to the capacity of our park, so thinking in you enjoy an unforgettable experience, we will close our gates at the time of completing the number of people with whom we can operate in the areas and attractions.
Pets are not allowed
Different species of wildlife have a habitat in the Park., We do not allow pets to enter the facilities in order to protect their wellbeing and avoid stressful situations for them. However, in the parking area We have a temporary dog stay area (exclusively for dogs). with capacity for 16 animals, for their stay in this place their owners must bring bedding, water and food for their pets (no reservation is required and it is a free service). This is not a childcare service.

Authorization and use of drones
To make a request for authorization you must present your Class A drone operation certificate issued by the Civil Aeronautics, the response will be directed by the Communications Department of the Jaime Duque Park Foundation.
Recommendations and service conditions
- For park entrance all persons must pay admission, The tour includes access to attractions in the areas of Paseo de la Cultura, Jardín de los Monumentos and Bioparque Wakatá.
- The last sale of admission to the Park will take place two (2) hours prior to closing time.
- Bracelets are personal and non-transferable, special attractions must be paid in cash.
• We do not handle rain insurance, The majority of our attractions are located in indoor venues.
- Inside the Park no smoking allowed, This also applies to electronic cigarettes and vaporizers.
- Children should be always in the company of an adult, The adult is responsible for the welfare and safety of the child inside the attractions. During the child's stay inside an attraction, the adult must not leave the area or leave the child in charge of the park staff.
- Admission to the attractions of Plaza Cundinamarca and children's parks is governed by the following rules estaturas, Children will be measured for admission, and height verification will be done with shoes.
- Personal items are the sole responsibility of visitors.
-Electric skateboards are not allowed (no exceptions), in the case of children (e.g., children's scooters).up to 120 centimeters in height), conventional non-electric skateboards will be allowed. If the permitted height is exceeded, the element will not be allowed to enter.
- In the event that during the week we have the nature and culture experience in operation, our visitors must acquire the same experience in their families. That is to say, if the children have the legacy experience, the adults must have the same experience, taking into account that children must be accompanied by adults in the areas and attractions of the Park. If the adult brings the nature and culture experience and the child brings the legacy experience, the adult will not be able to access the attractions included in the legacy experience, and for the same reason, the child will not be able to do so either, since he/she will not have the required accompaniment.
Duties and Rights of Visitors
In compliance with the law 1225 of 2008 which regulates the functioning and operation of amusement parks, attractions or entertainment devices, mechanical attractions and iron cities, water parks, theme parks, ecological parks, interactive centers, zoos and aquariums throughout the national territory. The Jaime Duque Park Foundation relates the Duties and responsibilities of visitors, users and operators of amusement parks, attractions and amusement devices. In consideration of the inherent risks to human safety in the use of existing and new Attractions or Entertainment Devices, which the users accept as soon as they make use of them, it shall be their duty to strictly comply with the written or oral safety instructions given by the Operator and to use them in a responsible manner, always taking care to prevent and mitigate the risks so as not to cause accidents.
In particular, it shall be the duty of Amusement Park visitors and users of Attractions and Entertainment Devices with operator supervision to do the following:
- Refrain from entering the rides of the Attractions or Entertainment Devices under the influence of alcohol, psychotropic substances or any other substance that alters behavior and/or alertness.
- Proper use of safety equipment such as safety bars, safety belts and harnesses, provided by the Operator, during the entire route.
- Refrain from demanding conduct from the Operator's employees different from those established as operating rules.
- Respect and make the people in their charge respect the accesses to the Amusement Park and to the different Attractions or Entertainment Devices.
Respect and make the people in their charge respect the lines, circulation and loading areas, closures and other restricted areas and maintain order and composure while accessing, during the use or stay and when leaving the Amusement Park and its Attractions or Entertainment Devices and other activities that take place in them. - Refrain from using Attractions or Entertainment Devices or from participating in attractions or activities that represent a risk to their personal integrity or that of their dependents, especially due to their size, health, age, pregnancy, mental, psychological or physical conditions, respecting in all cases the instructions and restrictions provided for access to the same.
- Refrain and require their dependents to do the same, from performing any activity that endangers their physical integrity, that of other visitors or users or the operators and employees of the Amusement Park or the integrity of the elements, equipment, facilities or goods that are in the Amusement Park.
- Refrain from entering the machine rooms, operation and maintenance areas and other restricted areas of the Amusement Park and demand the same of the people in their charge.
In addition, in compliance with the regulations in force for the operation of (Law 1225 of 2008 and resolutions 0958 of 2010, 543 of 2017 and 880 of 2017 of the Ministry of Industry and Tourism). and the security policies established by the Jaime Duque Park Foundation, are defined in addition to the above mentioned as visitors' duties in the following aspects:
- Parents or guardians are responsible for the care and attention of the children at all times.
Visitors must abide by the instructions and safety restrictions for the proper use of the attractions and must refrain from asking collaborators to conduct themselves differently from those established for the operation of the attractions. - They must not enter or consume alcoholic beverages or psychotropic substances in any area of the Park. Therefore, people who are intoxicated or under the effect of substances related to this point are not allowed to enter the park.
- They should not enter areas marked as restricted, authorized personnel, maintenance or those that promote the safety of visitors.
- Sports equipment, pets, firearms or travel bags, drones, loudspeakers, helium bombs, polluting elements or elements that threaten the wellbeing of other people or the biodiversity and ecosystem may not be brought in.
- They may not engage in offensive or harmful behavior (verbal or physical) against any collaborator, visitor, or park facilities. If this happens, visitors must leave the park's facilities, depending on the case, a process will be carried out with the judicial entity (National Police).
- No activity related to exhibitionism, consensual sexual acts other than carnal access, consensual carnal access and pornography is permitted.
- It is not allowed to guard turns, jump over barriers or security fences in any area of the park.

Conditions and Restrictions - Cinépolis advertising campaign
1. The benefit is valid from May 21 to June 15, 2025.
2. Valid for a maximum of 5 people in a family nucleus.
